Participants are invited to rest comfortably as natural soundscapes and subtle energetic guidance help quiet the mind and release everyday stresses. This ceremony offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow the body and nervous system to settle, making it suitable for anyone seeking rest, reflection, or emotional grounding.
No prior experience is needed. You are welcome to come as you are and simply receive the experience in a peaceful, nurturing environment. Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable, such as a mat, blanket, or cushion.
