Join George Medium for a peaceful healing ceremony marking the Winter Solstice — a time of stillness, reflection, and renewal. As the shortest day and longest night of the year, the solstice invites us to pause, turn inward, and honour the natural cycle of rest before renewal.

This gentle ceremony offers space to reflect on what has passed, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for new beginnings as the light slowly returns. Guided with care and calm intention, the session creates a supportive atmosphere for grounding, clarity, and quiet renewal.

No prior experience is needed. You are welcome to simply rest and receive the experience in a warm, nurturing environment. Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable, such as a mat, blanket, or cushion.
